Dave Hinson

Development Consultant

Dave is a Development Consultant with Spectrum in the Product Development and Project Management Division. Dave has worked in the senior housing industry since 1983 in retirement community management, administration and dining services and he is a licensed Nursing Home Administrator in North Carolina. Prior to joining Spectrum, Dave was the Executive Director of Crescent View Retirement Community in Arden, NC; Administrator of Sharon Towers in Charlotte, NC; and District Manager for ARA Health Care Services, Continuing Care Dining Division. He has worked with communities in Florida, Colorado, Minnesota, Maryland, Pennsylvania, North Carolina and South Carolina and is a graduate of the University of South Carolina with a BS in Psychology. He also served in the Navy Reserves for 30 years.
