David Ratchford

David is President/CEO and the founding principal of Spectrum (founded in 1978). David is responsible for Spectrum’s corporate leadership, strategic direction and general management of Spectrum’s operation. He has worked with over 150 CCRC’s throughout the United States. David and Spectrum are noted for innovative approaches to planning, development, marketing, sales and professional development. David is a graduate of the University of South Carolina, Columbia, South Carolina, with a BA in Finance and Real Estate. David leads Spectrum’s Management Team.
