Karen Montgomery
Executive Vice President
Karen is Executive Vice President and a principal of Spectrum responsible for managing Spectrum’s Research, Financial Planning, Product Development, Project Management services, and Spectrum’s corporate planning. She is a graduate of the University of Virginia, Charlottesville, Virginia, with a BA in Anthropology and holds a Master’s Degree in Health Administration from Tulane University in New Orleans, Louisiana. Karen also has experience in health planning with National Medical Enterprises, the State of Louisiana, the World Health Organization, and served as Project Manager and Executive Director of The Forest at Duke in Durham, North Carolina. Karen has worked exclusively in the industry since 1983 with over 60 communities providing research, development and planning services. Karen serves on Spectrum’s Management Team.
