Laura (Hantsch) Oliver

Laura is an experienced senior living executive with a background in research, management, marketing and sales, training, and development. Presently, she is serving Saint Johns On The Lake in Milwaukee and Deerfield in Des Moines, IA. She has been in senior living since 1994, and prior to joining Spectrum, worked as Marketing Manager with Brookdale Living Communities (1994-1999), Assistant VP of Development at Classic Residence by Hyatt (2000-2006), Director of Market Research at The Asbury Group (2007),and most recently, VP of Marketing for Integrated Development Group in Chicago and New York. Laura has an MBA from University of Illinois at Chicago and a BA in Broadcast Communications and German from Marquette University. Laura brings experience, talent and determination for success to the Spectrum team.
