Marketing Consultant

As a Marketing Consultant with Spectrum, Maria brings over 25 years of experience in sales, marketing training, management, corporate citizenship, community relations, strategic communication planning, and stakeholder relationships initiatives. Prior to joining Spectrum, Maria was responsible for the pre-sales, opening and move-in of a 120 residence expansion at Still Hopes retirement community in Columbia, SC, where she served as the Director of Marketing and Public Relations. Maria attended Mid-America University and Boston College with emphasis on marketing, management and community relations. Maria has supported and served as a board member for the Boy Scouts of America, the American Red Cross, Volunteers for America for North and South Carolina, and as a Business Advisory Committee member for the School for the Deaf and Blind. She is also a 20-year volunteer with the Salvation Army.
