Maryann is a Research Consultant with Spectrum in the Research and Planning Division. She has more than 30 years of experience in senior housing and long term care at the executive level. Maryann focuses her practice on community based services, home health, long term care analyses and product development. Maryann has frequently spoken at industry conferences nationwide. She is an R.N. and received her Master’s degree in Gerontological Nursing from the University of Rochester. She also hold post-graduate certificates from Johns Hopkins University – School of Public Health and Hygiene and Catholic University, Washington, D.C.
