Tom is a Marketing Consultant with Spectrum and brings over 20 years of experience in developing and managing sales operations in the hospitality and technology industries. He has experience in sales, training, product marketing, and operations management. Tom worked as Director of Sales for Horizon House, a retirement community in Seattle, Washington, where he led the sales effort to sell 100 new residences in an expansion project, while maintaining full occupancy in the existing 300 residences. He is leading the marketing and sales effort for a major expansion at Rockwood Retirement Community in Spokane, Washington. Tom is a licensed financial planner and is certified retirement housing professional. Tom attended Seattle University and is also trained in solution selling, TQM, management action, and management development.
