Lenbrook, a continuing care retirement community in the upscale urban setting of Buckhead, Georgia opened a 25-story expansion in December 2008. Since 2003, Spectrum provided market research, product development, project management and full-service marketing and sales implementation services for a 142-residence expansion and the renovation of the 221 existing independent living residences.

Spectrum helped organize and implement a successful Expression of Interest (EOI) marketing program which set the stage for Lenbrook averaging eight pre-sales per month during the 10% Marketing Phase.

Horizon House is a Continuing Care Retirement Community, designed to provide a spectrum of services and care for residents, from complete independence to individualized care in Supported Living ranging from light assistance to daily living to 24-hour-a-day nursing care. A private, nonprofit corporation established in 1961, Horizon House is affiliated with the Pacific Northwest Conference United Church of Christ.

Spectrum provided research, planning, marketing and sales management for a 100 residence expansion and extensive healthcare and amentiy space renovation.

Southminster is a non-profit, accredited continuing care retirement community (CCRC) in Charlotte, North Carolina. This community was founded by two local churches who joined together to build a very special community for people of all faiths. Southminster is governed by a Board of Directors who serve without compensation to ensure that our community provides an excellent quality of life for our residents. Southminster recently added 89 spacious independent living apartments to its campus, as well as new administrative offices, a Wellness Center with a heated indoor pool, and common area amenities, including a new library and chapel.

Spectrum provided marketing and sales management services for the original community in 1989. A repeat client of Spectrum’s, Southminster subsequently engaged Spectrum to provide full-service marketing and sales services during which Spectrum introduced a successful Expression of Interest Campaign that allowed Southminster to reach its 70% pre-sale mark in only six months.  Spectrum provided project management services and marketing advisory services on a short-term basis during the opening of the new buildings in the expansion.  Spectrum continues to provide full service marketing management to replace attrition and build a broad lead base.

Bayou Manor, located in Houston, Texas, has provided exceptional service to area seniors since 1963. This full service continuing care retirement community is undergoing an extensive expansion, renovation and repositioning to the new Brazos Towers at Bayou Manor.

Spectrum currently provides full service planning, development, marketing and sales services to Brazos Towers at Bayou Manor. Spectrum has also been retained to assist with marketing the sister community in Houston – The Hallmark – and direct corporate planning efforts.

Located on Sweeten Creek Road in north Asheville, North Carolina, Givens Estates United Methodist Retirement Community has been providing seniors a full continuum of independent living and long term care since 1979.

In 2003, Spectrum provided full planning, developing and marketing and sales management for an expansion of 196 apartments, 54 cottages and extensive common area expansion and renovation to include state of the art dining and wellness amenities.  Since then, Spectrum has provided Givens Estates with ongoing long range planning and is currently working plans for additional expansion and satellite community development.

Providence Point is a new continuing care retirement community in Scott Township, PA sponsored by Baptist Homes Society.  The community opened in 2009 on 32 acres with 257 independent living residences, 63 personal care residences, 63 nursing care beds and 20 memory support residences.

Spectrum provided full service planning, development and marketing and sales for the new community and continues to provide marketing and sales management today.
