Shane brings 10 years of sales and sales management experience in the CCRC industry; prior to his current assignment for Spectrum, Shane spent three years with Asbury Communities (Germantown, Maryland) as a sales trainer and the acting director of marketing for Inverness Village in Tulsa, OK. He brings a unique style of sales management to his teams by basing his energy around educating seniors on options, strong phone and appointment-setting metrics, and having fun. Shane has worked with four greenfield projects in his career. He is currently working in marketing and sales with one of Spectrum’s newest clients: Vi Senior Living (Chicago) and their community Vi Aventura, Florida. Shane graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Communications from Washington State University and has a Master’s degree in Central and Eastern European Studies from Jagiellonian University in Krakow, Poland.
Tony is a seasoned, successful marketing professional with more than 20 years of marketing, sales, TV advertising and Internet media experience, including eight years as a marketing consultant in senior living. Prior to joining Spectrum, Tony was as a Regional Marketing Manager with Greystone Communities, Irving, TX and Vice President of Marketing for Greenbrier Development, Dallas, TX. Tony was largely responsible for the marketing success of the major expansion at Brethren Village in Lancaster, PA, a not-for-profit CCRC that occupies 153-acres and now serves 950 residents. His skills and expertise are in marketing planning, sales management, training, communications, lead generation and sales. Tony has a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Lock Haven University of Pennsylvania with coursework in Economics and Philosophy at Reading University, Reading, England.
