As President and CEO, David leads Spectrum’s strategic direction and mission to enrich the lives of seniors. Since founding Spectrum in 1978, David has worked with over 200 continuing care retirement communities (CCRCs) throughout the United States. His corporate leadership and innovative approach positions Spectrum as a nationally recognized consulting firm with 37 years’ experience in the senior living industry. David holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Real Estate from the University of South Carolina and is a frequent speaker on senior living trends and best practices. David guides Spectrum’s vision and manages the Executive Leadership Team.
Greg guides Spectrum’s corporate financial planning and operations. Greg is a qualified financial and operations officer with 30 years of experience. He has been an auditor, controller, VP of Finance, and CFO for accounting, publishing, manufacturing, and commercial printing and marketing firms. He has expertise in strategic planning, budgeting, accounting, financial systems, reporting, analysis, mergers and acquisitions, human resources, employee benefit planning, management information systems, business controls and risk management. Greg graduated from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill.
